Made from scratch with mostly organic as well as local ingredients, our focus is on clean comfort food. Try our house-made tortillas, with fresh salsa and your choice of many fillings – all made fresh for you! Our quiches, veggie torta and pies use all-butter, organic pie crusts made in house. Our spicy beef (used in our hash and empanadas and options for tacos and omelets) is slow simmered from 100% grass fed and finished beef from Ross Farm in Granger. Our organic eggs are fetched each week by our manager from the World’s Best Eggs in Elgin.

You must try our Pacha Latté, made from our strong and smooth cold brew coffee and soy milk, lightly sweetened and tinged with vanilla. Our organic coffees are roasted at Texas Coffee Traders, our organic teas are blended at Zhi Tea in Austin, our organic chai is locally made by Evergreen and our espresso is roasted and blended by Cruiser. We make in-house frozen organic slushies (both fruity and over-21 versions), fresh squeeze organic citrus for our mimosas and have a selection of local beers and tasty but unpretentious wines. From the half and half to the whipped cream to the chocolate in your hot chocolate – it’s organic. We strive to improve, and our new space gives us the ability to do more than ever.
