About Pacha Organic Café //
Originally located in Rosedale on Burnet Rd, we’ve recently moved to larger digs with a greatly expanded kitchen, allowing us to do even more from scratch, like homemade organic queso fresca and frozen slushies made from whole ingredients (no mixes here). Comfort Food
Our style is homey, with an emphasis on simple foods made with great ingredients. From fruit-stuffed pancakes, to breakfast tacos and grilled sandwiches, to salads and pulled pork, there’s sure to be something to satisfy.
Organic Ingredients
About 90% of our ingredients are organic or sourced from farms practicing organic techniques (not necessarily certified). Some items are either difficult or out of budget, mainly cheeses and nuts BUT we are making our own queso fresca now from Organic whole milk and cream. We fetch our organic eggs weekly from Elgin from pastured hens.

Pacha serves up brunch with amazing fruit-stuffed pancakes to beef hash to breakfast tacos, not to mention great coffee, tea and espresso and of course mimosas, now made with freshly squeezed citrus!
Lunch / Dinner
From grilled sandwiches to empanadas to salads and pulled-pork tacos, we satisfy your cravings at lunch and dinner time. But we don’t mind making a pancake or omelet at any time of day!

Whether you’re looking for a cold fruit smoothie, a hot americano or a freshly squeezed juice, not to mention beer, wine and mimosas, we have something to quench your thirst. And for that sweet spot, we’ve got home-made cookies, gluten-free options and if you’re lucky a slice of pie.

Sweet meets savory with our butter-crisped stuffed organic pancake. Served with 100% organic maple syrup.
Handmade Empanadas
Whether beefy or veggie, these are crisped on the grill and served with a side of Honduran slaw and choice of salsas.
Custom Grilled Sandwiches
Your choice of organic sourdough, whole grain, gluten-free or house focaccia grilled in butter and stuffed with organic veg and choices of cheese, our grass-fed spicy beef, pulled pork from Richardson Farm, bacon, prosciutto and more.

The beef empanadas were being fought for by us and our 3 children. Definitely recommend one for the table. The gluten-free French toast wasn’t life changing but it was good. The Pacha Latte is so good! It’s cold brew and soy milk. We got a large one and then got another large one to go! We ordered 4 over medium eggs and two were correct. The other two were over hard. But all in all we were impressed and can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.“
New location! It’s still very cute and the staff seems friendly. The food options are the same and my favorite will still always be the pear bacon scallion pancake! My boyfriend also likes to get the pacha lattes every time we come 🙂
