Besides supporting ACC culinary students with “pop-up” dinner services, beginning Friday July 14 Pacha is hosting our own Ernie and Natalie who are preparing authentic Mexican tacos. Every Friday and Saturday  evening from 5pm – 9pm (or until sold out) they’ll be serving tacos, both meaty as well as vegan options. Some pastured meat options will be available, but to keep it budget conscious some mainstream meats will also be available (and clearly priced differently). Home-made salsas, fresh ingredients, jackfruit, pineapple, all organic vegetables and GMO-free corn, the Pacha spirit is present. Beer, freshly-squeezed, organic agua Fresca and Jaritos will be beverage options. We hope you’ll stop by and enjoy the fresh flavours from their culinary heritage.
